The scientific journal “Social and Political Researches” was founded in 2018 by Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky.
The headings of the journal “Political Science”, “Economics”, “Pedagogy” correspond to three branches of scientific knowledge – political, economic and pedagogical sciences, and within these branches to specific scientific specialities. Under the heading “Political Science” are published articles corresponding to the scientific speciality “Political institutions, processes and technologies” (23.00.03), the heading “Economics” is intended for publication of materials in the scientific speciality “Economics and Management of the National Economy” (08.00.05), (regional economy), under the heading “Pedagogy” it is supposed to publish articles on scientific specialities “Theory, methodology and organization of socio-cultural activities” (13.00.05), “General pedagogy, the history of pedagogy and education” (13.00.01), “Theory and methodology of vocational education” (13.00.08).
The unconditional priority of the journal is social issues related to various processes taking place in the fields of politics, economics and education both in Russia and abroad. The materials submitted to the journal are reviewed by members of the editorial board, which included doctors of political, economic, pedagogical and historical sciences, known for publications on the declared topics. When selecting articles, the editorial board is guided by the criteria for their compliance with the journal’s policy, declared scientific specialities. The submitted materials should be relevant and comply with all the conditions for publishing an article in the scientific journal “Social and Political Researches” and the requirements for the design of the manuscript.
